All recycled rubber is thoroughly cleaned before use but please keep in mind that due to the nature of the material, despite being very hard wearing rubber can mark. Most marks will easily wipe off with soapy water.

I have taken photographs in natural light and every care has been taken to show an accurate reflection of each product's colour. However this may vary according to the monitor on which the photos are viewed.

Custom orders will take longer to dispatch and could require up to 2 weeks processing time depending on workload. Please let me know when ordering if the item is required for a specific date.
You will receive a photo sketch of the proposed item before work commences and a further photo of the finished item prior to shipping.

You may be surprised to learn that once washed and prepared for use there is very little smell given off by the rubber. If placed directly under the nose you will smell the rubber's natural odour but it is less obvious than some other materials such as leather.

Wherever possible my products will be wrapped in recycled or recyclable packaging. This includes a layer of black tissue paper around the product itself.

Most of my products are shipped using Royal Mail’s 2nd class signed for service. This keeps shipping costs as low as possible whilst guaranteeing you receive your product.

Large items or international orders may be sent via courier. If shipping costs are likely to be more than the estimate provided in the item listing you will be advised before placing your order.
