Our toppers are made from 0.65mm double density wafer card, making them the perfect topper option without the need for potentially dangerous toothpicks, straws and adhesives.

Our edible images are printed onto double density wafer paper using a food safe printer and quality edible inks. The best thing about our toppers is that they are 100% edible. Double density wafer paper is primarily made from potato starch and water which makes them flavourless and does not ruin the taste of your bakes.

Postage -
All our products are packaged in sealed food safe bags and sent to you in a rigid mailer to prevent any bending or damage.

Storage-
Wafer paper tends to dry and become brittle if left out and colour will bleed if wet. Simply keep them in the sealed bag it came with and store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. Do not refrigerate as they will curl.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations -
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or change of mind cancellations as our products are made to order food items. Due to the nature of personalised items, we are unable to restock and resell them. However, if there are any issues with your order, please send an Etsy message within 24 hours of receiving your item.

We do not take responsibility for delayed, lost or damaged items. Once the item is shipped, online tracking will be available (if this option has been chosen). The whole process from start to finish was so easy. The finished edible images were amazing, they fit perfectly on the cupcakes and looked so good. We had so many comments on what a great idea. The customer service was fantastic and they were happy to make any changes to the product to make it suit. Would definitely order again :)
