This is a beautiful dog bed but the back doesn't stay up. It flops down on-top of the searing section. Ended up puttingit up on my couch as with the back falling down she had to sleep on that. Kind of disappointed. The fabric is the softest I have ever felt, it is gorgeous. Also beware of the pricing is al.ost double what you see on the advertisement. The company did handle my complaint very quickly. I was very surprised at their generosity to resolve my complaint. Overall the product is beautiful ( except the cushions folding over ). The material is amazing and it is so damn cute. Make sure you get your final price before hitting the purchase button.

We can certainly investigate this and send you another one as it is not common at all that the back drops for your cat not to feel the complete comfort of the bed.
