For each print, you'll receive 5 high-resolution PNG files at 300 dpi in the following aspect ratios: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11x14 in, and ISO. These files are compatible with 20 standard frame sizes.

This product is fulfilled in 3 centers: United States, Europe and Australia.
Fulfillment country for each order is carefully selected by our advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering.
In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.

✅ PACKAGING
The packaging for posters varies based on the poster's size and the production and shipping location. Our default packaging methods are:
Posters up to A4 size are sent flat.
Posters larger than A4 are rolled and shipped in tubes.

✅ 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬
Our return policy allows for refunds or exchanges on custom-printed items only in cases of damage or defects, and such issues must be reported within 14 days. All other returns or exchanges are not accepted. This policy is implemented because each product is created on-demand and specifically for an individual order. As a result, resources are allocated to produce an item that cannot be restocked or resold if it is returned for reasons other than defects or damage.

In the event of damage, please send me a message through Etsy messaging with:
1) clear photos showing the damages;
2) photos of the packaging (both inside and outside).
These photos are necessary for insurance claims. I will quickly send you a replacement. There is no need for you to return the damaged item.

Due to the bespoke process of on-demand printing and differences in monitor displays, there might be slight variations in color and design placement on your item compared to the product image. These minor distinctions contribute to the unique charm of each handcrafted piece. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to quality.
