This handcrafted piece is soldered together with brass findings and is one of a kind. This sculpture is crafted with many pieces of brass that form the body of a bunny. The wooden base was handcrafted by my fiancé and is made of solid black walnut. The colors of the individual findings within the sculpture are varying shades of brass, some brighter than others. This piece can be hung on a wall or propped up on a piece of driftwood. It is a beautiful light weight sculpture that would add character to your home or be a distinctive gift! My sister-in-law used several of my bird sculptures as decorations for the reception of her bohemian wedding in the mountains of Colorado.

The brass fittings Ivy uses to craft her sculptures are absolutely perfect! While I usually stick to furry animals and do not buy birds for my metal art collection, this exquisite hummingbird and trumpet flower was one I just couldn't pass up. I saw one in Ivy's prior sales listings. She was immediate and enthusiastic in her response to my inquiry as to whether she could create another one. And, she created and shipped the new one quickly.
