Custom and personalized orders

Unless you receive damaged or defective items, we do not accept returns on Custom Orders or items that you request us to make some adjustments or changes. However, we can propose another product of equal value, which you may like. If you ordered the wrong necklace or bracelet size, please ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item back, we will ship the new size out to you. ( You will be responsible for the shipping cost.) All the details you need to ship the item back to us will be given to you upon receiving your refund request.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please feel free to contact us if you encounter any problems with your order. If the measurements you have given us are also wrong by the customer,unfortunately we do not have any change or refund. In ring returns, the rings are made new as they are specially ordered for the person and therefore cannot be returned. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, the refund is not possible in case the item doesn't return in its original state it was sent received (jewelry tangled, broken, tarnished, or oxidized).
