Please allow only 1-3 business days for production time. 1 business processing day for all express orders. This is not included in the estimated delivery time.

*What if my international parcel can not be arrived on time?
Sorry, i can't guarantee your international parcel will arrive exactly on time. Standard Air mail delivery has no tracking number, to save customers' cost. Please be aware custom can sometimes cause delay up to 30 business days. If you really concern, please pay extra tracking fee to upgrade the post method to Registered standard mail or Express mail with tracking number.
* If orders have some delay, can i cancel the order and get full refund?
During Covid-19, you will expect the delay especially for the international orders. If order is dispatched on time with tracking number and on the way to the recipient, please note delay is out of seller's control, full refund is not acceptable unless the parcel is lost.
* Conditions for Product Returns
1. If product is damaged due to unproper maintenance, return is not accepted.
2. Product warranty is 6 months after purchase. Any damage caused after this period, return is not accepted.
3. For returns or replacement, photo must be provided. Without photos, returns are not accepted.
4. If product is not delivered due to incorrect address, return is not accepted.
