Announcement    Welcome to my shop and thank you for visiting it. I am now open again for business after a dormant period. I originally opened in 2008, in recent years other projects intervened, I was unable to devote the time to maintain sufficient stock. To my regret I've not been active on Etsy during this period, however I'm pleased to say that with this ‘New’ opening, I am back and able to focus on my main love, making original handmade jewellery.

If you've visited me in the past and liked what I do, welcome back and thank you for your loyalty. If you're new to my work, I hope you find something you like.

About myself, I'm currently based in London and work mainly with semiprecious gemstone and non ferrous metals. As you will see however I do not like constraints, I see potential in so many materials, I love to experiment and will work with anything that can be bent to my will.

It's probably fair to say that my style is not conventional, or probably commercial, and I know won’t be to all tastes – I do make things to please myself, so I appreciate it all the more when it pleases others.

I can’t stop making things and rarely do I find myself short of ideas – although I may not always be able to explain them. But as one lovely kind lady visiting my market stall once remarked, “You know, sugar, other people may think they can copy your ideas, but when they try they won’t be able to because they don’t have the stories you have in your head”.

During the coming months I will continue adding new work and hope you may find something you like.
