5 out of 5 starsI purchased this shield as part of a knighting gift for a friend, and I was very pleased with both the product and the delivery. The estimated delivery window originally extended as far as next month, when I will be out of the country, so I was very glad it arrived at the beginning of the delivery range. The shipping was much faster than I expected. The shield itself is great quality and was packaged very securely to prevent damage during transit. It arrived in excellent condition, and the construction was better than I anticipated. It is an impressive and solid piece that works very well for display, gifting, or stage combat use. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

1 out of 5 starsUnderwhelmed and disappointed Firstly, the helmet looked nothing like the one advertised. It had several dents, scratches, and flaws. The gorget/bevor was not removable compared to the one shown in the pictures(s). Poor quality and misleading advertising. The seller attempted to remedy the situation by "making" me a new one. He claimed that my first helmet was sent from a "different location" so it would be delivered "promptly" (quality control doesn't matter) The new helmet was almost worse than the first, nothing like the listing even though the seller assured me it would be exactly like the listing Overall, bad experience. I would recommend you buy from a different seller. While they were very respectful and tried to fix the issue, customer service does not make up for poor item quality P.S. shipped from India not UK

Thank you for your feedback. This order was fully refunded without requiring a return, meaning the buyer kept the item at no cost. We also offered a replacement and covered all shipping expenses to resolve the issue. We always act in good faith to ensure every customer is treated fairly and not left at any loss.
