1 out of 5 starsNot the same bag as the picture. No flap. With the gusset, it is questionable that the flap could be added to this type bag. Picture should represent the bag she is selling.

Hi Jo, you were absolutely right and I apologize. The original pattern was missing the flap and the listing photos were misleading — that was my mistake. I've now fully updated the pattern. It includes complete flap construction (Steps A–E) with curved hem, magnetic snap, fringe detail, and corrected listing photos and description. 1 out of 5 starsItem advertised did not match PDF pattern. Also, descriptions boasts 25+ pages of diagrams and instructions. The PDF is 24 pages long, including some blank pages. Very unsatisfied with purchase.

1 out of 5 starsThis is not a sewing pattern! You receive instructions with the dimensions of the individual parts and have to measure them yourself. The instructions themselves include individual steps and colorful pictures. The locking flap is not listed anywhere.

5 out of 5 starsI was a bit hesitant to buy this because of the older reviews mentioning a missing flap, but I am so glad I did! The seller has completely fixed and updated the pattern. It is incredibly detailed, easy to follow, and the finished crossbody bag looks exactly like the photos. Highly recommend.
