If you’re not sure about what size to order, the surest way to get a good fit is to find a favorite shirt at home that fits you perfectly. Lie the shirt on a flat surface and measure the width and length. Compare that measurement to our size chart and order the closest match.

For most items, production time is about 3-5 business days. This is the time to print your shirt and get it ready for shipping. Please see the individual product page for estimated production times for that item. Once printed, shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days for US orders; 7-21 business days for international.

In the rare event that you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please message me within 3 days of receiving your order. Describe the problem and include photos to clearly show the issue. I’ll get right on it and make sure things are made right!

Please check your order details carefully. If you're considering any kind of changes, please message me before purchase! Since your order will be sent to production immediately after purchase, I'm generally not able to make changes or cancellations once the order has gone through.

We try very hard to be sure colors of shirts and designs are depicted as accurately as possible. However, different devices and screens interpret colors differently. Please be aware that the colors of the actual printed product may differ slightly than what you see on your screen.

All our items are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for items purchased.

In general, for best results, turn your shirt inside out before washing. Machine wash with like colors, using mild deterrent and in cold water. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. (You can also tumble in the dryer for 6-10 minutes, then hang to finish drying. This will remove wrinkles but also keep fabric from excessive shrinking.) Do not dry clean and never iron shirts over designs.

Yes, I can often make customizations to existing designs. So, if you see a design you love but not in your breed (for example), or would like a slightly different text, please message me and I'll see if I can make it happen! Whether I can make changes like this does depend on the work involved and my availability at the time requested, and may be subject to a design fee.
