Unfortunately, the USPS is severely short-staffed and packages have become heavily delayed. Your package may arrive as late as 3-4 weeks after I ship it.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each piece is hand-made and takes time and materials to create, I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the item you received, I can exchange it for an item of the same value. If your item got lost during delivery, I will remake it and send you a new one.
