3 out of 5 starsI ordered this popsocket because I thought the design was lovely, but it never arrived nor did I receive a shipping notice, well past the expected date. I messaged the seller twice to inquire about this, and received no answer. When I opened a ticket requesting a refund, that customer service was responded to very quickly and I did indeed get my money back. So in that way they were helpful. So it’s not full one stars on this review, because I did get my money back, so it’s not like I was ripped off. And ultimately, I do really think it’s a beautiful design and that those who are lucky enough to receive a product will enjoy it. So ,, low stars. Idk, I’m not perfect at reviews.

3 out of 5 starsThe bandana was sown stitched with nylon thread, it's hard, and it pokes you, it also made the bandana look quite cheap. I dunno why you would stitch it up with that. The fabric itself is not too bad.

Hello Daionel, I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. I used the very thin clear threading so it would not stand out in the design. I have two of these bandanas and the thread is very thin on mine like hair. Please send me a picture of the threading that is an issue. I will pass this information on to my manufacture. Hello Virgie, I reached out to you in a message and haven't heard back yet. The description states the material is recycled polyester and has thin clear threading. As someone with sensory issues I understand that everyones comfort is different. I'm sorry you were unhappy.

The title says BANDANA! You know that the sizes are listed. It would also be a kinder thing to do and MESSAGE me for a return instead of leaving a 1 review. I will refund you tho . Please remove this review because it is unfair to me! The sizes are stated in the listing.
