How to download your digital printables?
Etsy sends an email notification (from transaction@etsy.com) with a download link after purchase. Occasionally, it may land in your spam or junk folder. Ensure you check these folders for instant access to your purchase. If you completed your purchase as a guest, access it through the link provided in your emailed receipt from Etsy.
To access it through your account: Using a web browser, go to your Etsy purchases page at www.etsy.com/your/purchases. From there, locate your order and choose the option to download files.
Please be aware that currently, the Etsy app does not support the download of digital purchases. To access and download your files on your phone, please log in to Etsy.com through your phone's internet browser.
Custom and personalised orders
Take the downloaded file to your nearby print shop, your preferred online printing service, or print it easily at home.
You can use a printing service like Walmart, Officeworks, Staples, Walgreen's, Kinko's, FedEx, Target, Costco, KMart, Boots, Harvey Norman, Mpix, WHCC, Blick Art, Finerworks.com, Persnicketyprints.com etc.
To achieve the best print results, we advise using heavyweight matte paper with archival quality.
