Enter your personalised details exactly as you would like them embroidered or printed. Please double-check all spelling, capitalisation and punctuation before placing your order, as we copy your text exactly as provided.

How long will my Order take?

Every order is handmade to order in our Gold Coast, Australia studio. Processing times are shown on each listing and may vary during busy periods. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. We welcome custom orders and are happy to discuss bespoke stationery, embroidery and keepsake designs. Please send us a message and we'll work with you to create something unique.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted in Australia by our mother and daughter team using premium materials and careful attention to detail.

Can I see a proof before production?

For products that include custom layouts or invitations, we provide a digital proof before production. Simple personalised items such as place cards are usually stitched directly from the information you provide unless a proof is requested.

What if I made a mistake in my personalisation?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we'll do our best to update your order. Once embroidery or production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I request rush processing?

If you have an upcoming wedding or event, please send us a message before ordering. We'll let you know if we can accommodate your timeframe.

Can I coordinate the same font and thread colour across different items?

Yes. We can coordinate fonts and thread colours across many of our embroidered pieces, including place cards, napkins, handkerchiefs, ribbons and signs, to create a cohesive look for your wedding or event. Please message us if you would like help coordinating your pieces.

Languages - English only

We specialise in English embroidery. We cannot offer any other languages for embroidery at this stage in our business.
