We are an Australian family owned online retail home decor business. We are based in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland in Queensland and sell natural stone and crystal home decor, gifts and jewellery. We are only a relatively new family business, however we have had a passion for high quality natural stones and crystals our entire life. Natural stones and crystals has been a part of our family for generations.

We pride ourselves on quality products and the photos you see are the items you get. We have all the advertised products in stock and aim to have them in the post to you within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order. We are able to ship overseas and postage will be calculated at the checkout.

Due to the delicate and unique nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds if you change your mind. Each stone and crystal are natural and unique in size, shape and colour. As part of their natural beauty, these items may come with small imperfections (such as dents, scars, scratches or surface cracks). We have taken numerous photographs of each of our products to ensure they are as accurate as possible. The photographs are taken under lighting, with no lighting and outside. The colours may vary slightly due to lighting and the settings on individual computers. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we will be happy to discuss your concerns and offer a refund or exchange.

We will take extra care when packing your purchase. In the unlikely event that it is damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. You will then be required to make contact with Australia Post and make a claim through them. We recommend you keep the original packing and take photographs where appropriate. All orders will be insured through the delivery provider and we will not be held responsible for damage during transit as a result of a third parties negligence.
