5 out of 5 starsExcellent professional pattern that can be edited in illustrator to save time, paper and printing. Fully annotated and clearly cut by a pro. Can't comment on the customer service because I had no reason to get in touch, would recommend and will definitley follow and buy again.

My son wanted a patchwork of different fabrics and textures, I ended up adding via the lining and applique on the back. Unfortunately the pics are from before it was pressed and presentable but it was as described and easy to adjust based on measurements.
