Where can I print my digital art?
Use a professional printing service for the best possible results. You can find suitable printing services both online and in your local area.
What type of paper should I print on?
We recommend a heavyweight matte, satin or fine art paper that’s at least 175 gms.
What size should I print?
Your purchase will include files in five aspect ratios: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14 and ISO. These five aspect ratios can then be used to print at most standard print size up to 27” x 36” / 72 x 90cm / A1.
For prints that are going to be displayed on shelves or small spaces choose a print size up to 9 x 12 inches / A4.
For prints that will be displayed on a wall choose a print size up to 27 x 36 inches / 72 x 90cm / A1
Can I use your artwork for commercial use?
HFP STUDIO designs are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
- You are not permitted to use, share or distribute, or reproduce our files for commercial use or resale in any form.
- You are not permitted to edit or make changes to HFP STUDIO's files to then use for commercial use or resale in any form.
I can’t find my download notification email / Etsy receipt.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?
To access your digital files from your account:
- Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account".
- Go to “Purchases and reviews”.
- Next to the order, select Download Files.
- If you don't see a download button, click the small arrow to the right of the order to bring up the downloads page.
If the payment is still processing the Download Files button will not be accessible.
Please download the files and save a backup to your device immediately after purchase. Designs in our store can be discontinued and removed from our store at any time without warning.
I purchased a digital item but I don’t have an Etsy account.
If you purchased a digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
