What do you hold close to your heart? Do you have a heart verse, or often called a "life verse"? A verse to rest on, live by, and guide you. My life verse is Hebrews 11:1, "Now faith is being sure of what we hope, having conviction for things unseen." There are many times in my life when I am confronted with unsure situations and this verse has guided my heart in the way of the Lord. He will direct your path.
I've been a Christian for many years but the road hasn't always been easy. My faith in Jesus Christ is what has pulled me through some tough, painful, and devastating situations so that I can enjoy the days of praise and thanks. One example is that 5 years ago I was diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer, Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML). Upon hearing the diagnosis my life and future flashed before my eyes. I had so much more to live for. I was only in my early 40's - far too young for this type of diagnosis. And I recall that instead of asking God, "Why?", I said, "I will trust you with what's next." Here I am over 5 years later in a deep remission and living a life of faith in things hoped for. I hope that you are drawing close to the Lord and that this merchandise not only makes you feel closer but also shares with others this hope that we have. Peace and blessings to you!
