Super pretty and simple. The artist even added different formats for the item. Comes as a JPEG and PDF. Also comes in 2 different background colors. My players are going to love this.

The seller was amazing and designed a custom version for me that allows me to add in the character name and class. Responded super quickly, was so nice, and the end product looks fantastic. I wanted to print it two-sided, but had to fiddle a bit with sizing as the pdf itself just has the design and not a set size. Printing as is would result in an A4 size tracker, but scaling to 40% worked great for what I needed.
