Excellent customer service at this shop! I'm so happy there are still some awesome people in customer service left these days. I bought an item from this company and it arrived on time. I had a slight issue with the item and I assumed I wouldn't be helped out. I was wrong. After explaining the situation, they offered to refund my account or send a free replacement. It was not a cheap item so I didn't expect that. The person I was in contact with was also so very kind and understanding, again, so rare these days. Amazing printing on glass for my backsplash. Love it!

My glass picture frame on my beagle Baxter arrived today. It arrived on time, very well wrapped in layers of flat foam sheets then wrapped in large bubble, bubble wrap a number of times. The box itself was sealed all around with reinforced plastic packaging tape. The actual glass picture frame came with wall mounting supplies in a ziplock bag on top of the foam wrap. The glass picture frame with my beagle is absolutely amazing!! A physical paper print in a plastic frame cannot ever be compared to this tempered glass print!!! It’s an amazing piece of my Baxter that crossed the Rainbow Bridge on March 20 2026, he was only 4 years 7 months old! In all I highly recommend this product and Etsy store. Thank you!!!

Beautiful print I’m having a stressed right now so I can hang it on the wall. I would absolutely purchase from the seller again and wish he could provide me with more photos. I could choose from.
