Gift wrapping and packaging
I do offer gift wrap! Perfect for holidays and birthdays. The InBooze kits are placed in a white box with tissue paper, then wrapped with colorful paper. Don't forget to include a gift note!
Incorrect Address
Please check your address during checkout. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages. If your item has been returned to sender, please contact me to arrange and pay for new shipping. I cannot offer refunds. Rude messages will not be tolerated.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Orders ship within the 2 week shipping time. This item is handmade and it does take time to create. Once shipped, you can easily check tracking within this website. The tracking information you see is the same as I do. I cannot control delays of the USPS. Remember, we are currently in a pandemic and there have been pocket delays around the whole country. Thank you for understanding.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I can do custom orders or bulk shipments. Message me to arrange. There are options for individual shipping, just let me know. Questions to consider before messaging me:
1. What flavor or varieties are you interested in?
2. What quantity and date do you need the order by?
3. Do you want bulk or individual shipping?
What is the shelf life?
Each kit is good for 2 years..."best by" date is stamped on the back.
Where is InBooze made?
We own a commercial kitchen in Grandville, MI where we slice, dehydrate and create the pouches. Each kit is handmade and I try source as many items locally as possible. At this time, we cannot make any substitutions to items in the kits.
My package says "delivered" but it's not in my mailbox! Can you reship my order?
Once we ship our items via USPS or UPS, we no longer have control of our deliveries. Sometimes, the order is falsely marked delivered, so I always suggest you wait a day or two. Also, check with your neighbors around you. We obviously want you to get your order, but we are not able to reship items marked delivered. If you accidentally gave us the wrong address, once it returns to us you must pay to reship.
