Begin where you are. Heal at your pace. Grow into your strength.
Welcome to Inner Strength Press!
Hi, I'm Jen McNeil, a Washington-licensed clinical social worker and trauma-trained therapist specializing in CPTSD, anxiety, childhood trauma, people-pleasing, boundaries, and self-trust.
I created Inner Strength Press to bring the knowledge, tools, and encouragement I've developed through my clinical work into resources that can be used both for personal growth and in therapeutic spaces.
Whether you're an individual looking for practical tools to better understand yourself and work through patterns—or a therapist looking for thoughtful resources and meaningful decor for your office—you're in the right place.
Inner Strength Press is an extension of my professional work through Inner Strength Counseling, PLLC, my private therapy practice in Washington. My goal is to create resources that feel practical, approachable, and grounded in the realities of doing meaningful emotional work.
For Your Own Healing
Sometimes you know something isn't working anymore, but you don't quite know what to do differently.
Maybe you understand that you people-please, but still can't figure out how to say no.
Maybe you know you need better boundaries, but guilt shows up every time you try to set one.
Or maybe you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you're not even sure what you want anymore.
That's where these resources come in.
I create guided workbooks, exercises, journals, and other self-guided resources to help you slow down, understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and practice new ways of responding—without expecting you to have everything figured out first.
You'll find resources focused on things like:
✅ People-pleasing and boundaries
✅ Trauma and protective patterns
✅ Self-awareness and emotional awareness
✅ Self-trust and confidence
✅ Self-compassion
✅ Relationships and communication
✅ Values and making choices that feel more like you
✅ Emotional regulation and personal growth
My goal isn't to tell you how you should heal. It's to give you thoughtful tools and questions that help you better understand yourself and decide what you want to do with what you discover.
For Your Therapy Space
If you're a therapist or mental health professional, you'll find a growing collection of therapy office decor, wall art, and encouraging pieces designed specifically for therapeutic spaces.
Therapy offices can be more than functional rooms. They're spaces where people have difficult conversations, experience meaningful insights, learn to trust themselves, and sometimes take the first steps toward change.
I create office decor that reflects that work—pieces that are warm, thoughtful, encouraging, and appropriate for a professional therapy environment.
You'll find designs centered around themes like:
✅ Healing and growth
✅ Self-compassion
✅ Boundaries and self-worth
✅ Emotional awareness
✅ Trauma-informed messages
✅ Encouragement and reflection
✅ Mental health and therapeutic themes
Whether you're decorating a new practice, refreshing your existing office, or simply looking for that one piece that makes your therapy space feel more like you, I hope you'll find something here that fits.
A Little Reminder
You don't have to work through everything at once.
And you don't have to do it perfectly, either—despite what your inner critic might say!
Healing isn't about trying to change who you are. It's about becoming more connected to yourself, grounded in clarity, compassion, and gentleness.
🎉 Sometimes healing looks like finally saying no.
🎉 Sometimes it looks like noticing what you need.
🎉 Sometimes it looks like letting someone else be disappointed without rushing in to fix it.
And sometimes it simply looks like giving yourself the same compassion you've spent years giving everyone else.
Those are the kinds of messages I hope you'll find throughout Inner Strength Press—whether you're using a workbook at your kitchen table, journaling through a difficult season, or sitting in a therapy office surrounded by reminders that healing is possible.
Start where you are.
I'm really glad you're here!
Jen
