Sizing details

My Pdf Patterns have sizing system on photos above and also apart of the Instruction guide which you can download after purchasing.

What size paper can I print my patterns on?

I have three sizes you can choose from. A4, A3, A0. Choose the title that refers to the page size you would like.
They are PDF files choose the paper size you would like and print. Make sure you “print to scale” or “actual size” when printing and not “fit to page” check with the print scale square it printed correctly.

Can I contact you if I have any issues with my PDF patterns?

Yes you can email me on Etsy private messenger and I will try to resolve your issues.

But possible issues could be:
The file is zipped and you need to unzip the file. This is easy to do and google can tell you how if you don’t know.

Or you do not have PDF reader on your computer. I would recommend Adobe Reader

I brought a non-digital product and it is faulty can I return it?

Yes you can, please contact me through Etsy private messenger and we can resolve the problem

Help! I can’t find the pattern I brought

Digital download your files have purchased are available within minutes.

If you have ordered with Etsy account:
Click on your profile picture after signing into Etsy; a drop down menu will appear> click on purchases and download your files. They should be their ready to download when your ready to download.

If you have ordered as a guest:
Etsy will send you a link to download your pattern.

Please note:
You cannot access or download your files from the Etsy app. You will need to use a browser.

Do you do physical printed pattern?

This maybe a possibility in the future but currently I am only doing PDF patterns.
If you haven’t got a printer you could email your local print shop the files and they can print it for you.

I tried to print the pattern but it’s not the right size.

When you are printing make sure the file name has the right paper name in the title.
If this is correct make sure when you are printing that you print 100% scale or actual size. DO NOT CLICK ‘ To fit page’

How do I put the pattern together?

After printing check the printing square is the correct size.
Match up the numbers and cut off excess paper before taping. Match up lines of pattern pieces.
