Frequently asked questions
What if I messed up on a custom order?
If you made a mistake with a custom order - name spelled incorrectly, do not like the vinyl color used, or the font choice - I am happy to remake* at no cost. You will need to ship the tumbler back to me and then purchase a "Reship" listing.
*Remaking a tumbler requires the removal of the vinyl. Sometimes, the removal can leave behind tiny scratches or blemishes.
What if I shipped to a wrong address?
If the package was delivered to an incorrect address and is being re-routed back to the seller for non-delivery, you may purchase a "Reship" listing and I will resend the items once they are returned to me. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, the free shipping only applies to the initial order and separate shipping will need to be purchased.
If I purchase multiple items and qualify for free shipping, can I ship to multiple addresses?
No. Each purchase will ship to a single address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to purchase a listing for each address.
Free Shipping
All orders that weigh less than 1 lb, are shipped via USPS 2-5 First Class. All orders that weigh more than 1 lb, are shipped via USPS 2-3 Priority or FedEx Ground, depending on size and weight of packaged order. Determination will be at the discretion of the seller.
The Free Shipping Guarantee applies to order of $35 and more. The total excludes sales tax and is calculated after any discounts are applied.
Returns
Returns are accepted on non-personalized items only. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship back within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
