How can I get in touch with Jewelixir?
We work Monday through Friday, 11:00 to 18:00 GMT. All messages will be replied the next working day, in the order they have been received. You can reach us using the Etsy Contact Form or email us at tolga@jewelixir.com.
Packaging & Gift Wrapping
All items arrive in a Jewelixir branded gift pouch. If you'd like to make your order extra special, you can upgrade to a Jewelixir branded gift box with a handwritten gift note at checkout for just an additional £4.
We never include any pricing information inside your package. Please remember to enter the shipping address of the recipient if sending directly as a gift!
I entered a wrong shipping address, what can I do?
Please contact us right away with the correct address and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
However, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address. In this case, the responsibility for the package lies entirely with the buyer.
We recommend contacting your local postal service directly to arrange a redirection.
I did not receive my package, what should I do?
Although rare, delays may happen especially in seasonal busy times. For international orders custom checks may take time. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. We have to wait for 25 working days, until the package is declared as lost. At that point, we either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. All our packages are insured and our promise to you is, we will not let any buyer to incur any loss due to postal problems, unless entered address was incorrect.
If you need your jewellery urgently, please consider express shipping options and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need your jewellery for a specific time or event.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible, so please contact us right away if you need to make a change or cancellation and we'll do our best to help.
However, for personalised and custom-made items, changes or cancellations can only be guaranteed within 1 hour of placing your order, as production may have already begun. After this window, we are unable to guarantee any amendments or cancellations.
By placing a personalised order, customers accept full responsibility for the details provided, including spelling, personalisation choices, and design decisions.
How can I clean my jewelry?
Our stainless steel jewellery is tarnish and water resistant, so caring for your pieces is simple.
To keep them looking their best, avoid contact with strong chemicals and cleaning agents such as detergent, bleach, and perfume, as these may damage the plating and cause discolouration over time.
For everyday care, simply wipe your pieces down with a soft, scratch-free cloth for a smudge-free shine.

I received my jewellery, but I would like an exchange. Is it possible?
We want you to love your Jewelixir piece! For non-personalised items, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to help with an exchange.
However, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised and custom-made items under any circumstances, as each piece is created uniquely for you. Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and we will make it right.
Are your products Real Gold?
Our 'Gold' pieces are plated in 18K Gold using high-quality PVD plating, over a base of 316L Surgical-Grade Stainless Steel — unless otherwise stated on the specific product page.
This means our jewellery is completely waterproof, tarnish-free, and hypoallergenic — highly resistant to fading, rust, and corrosion, and designed to be worn every single day for years to come.
