Have not received it yet and I keep getting asked to review it

I really wanted to love this item but unfortunately it was poorly made. The resin in the center of the mug is covering half of the moon and is uneven. The paint job around the rim of the cup could’ve been neater as well. And there’s a chip missing on the underside of the mug that was just painted over. Not worth the hefty price tag for everything that’s wrong. Poor experience asking for help with my product with the seller. Seller did not even recommend a replacement or refund and in fact encouraged me to open a case because she believes there’s nothing wrong since it’s handmade. My first thought should not be “let me take a nail drill to it to try and get the excess resin off of the moon”. If you truly cared for ur product why did these defects go unnoticed before shipping it out. Do not recommend purchasing from this seller

Wow. This experience was lackluster in every way. Seller shipped very late and shipped the wrong item. I ordered the cup with the eye on it and received a very unappealing looking Christmas cup. Quality was thin, small and cheap appearing, far lesser quality than Dollar Tree. This seller has many 1 star reviews for a reason. Buyer Beware.

I am really sad to leave this review, but here we are. The seller was very accommodating when I asked for "not pink" version and I did receive the entirely purple one 💜, that was great! Unfortunately, this mug fails to fulfil its main purpose - being a mug. It is extremely uncomfortable to hold, the handle is way too thin. You also cannot drink using your left hand - the decoration gets in the way and you end up spilling your coffee everywhere. It also nowhere near 250ml. It's so small I couldn't believe it! I measured pouring water in, both via cylinder and on the scale and I got 190ml max if you want to drink comfortably. So disappointing as this is a pretty mug indeed but for 80£ surely it can be functional as well... It was shipped on the 20/08/23 when ordered 30/07/23. I received the item in September.

I ordered this for my grandson's birthday. The item has never been delivered, never been shipped as far as I can tell, the seller has been dismissive and no help at all. I strongly recommend NOT buying from this seller!!! 😡

Never send the mug. Terrible communication. Don’t recommend.

The picture and description do not match what I got. I'm very disappointed. I requested a partial refund since I only got a partial piece of what I purchased.

It’s adorable! It took a while to get here and I was worried at first because I hadn’t heard anything from the seller, but it arrived in good shape and looks just like the photo. The shop owner is very kind as well. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be ordering from her again. Thank you so much 💖
