Hello! That is correct, I do not print in house which is clearly stated in my listing. I am just the artist and use a print provider to print and ship the design. I do not want to produce iron on low quality shirts in house so this works best! Sometimes shipping is a problem and I am sorry that happened to you. Glad that it worked out in the end. Thank you for the review!

5 out of 5 starsThe tee is very cute, well made, as described. However this item is drop shipped, is not made or shipped by the seller, which I did not see identified in the description ) and it took weeks to arrive. The seller did reach out to keep me updated, but had I known it was drop shipped/created elsewhere I likely would have not purchased. These were already fairly pricey, so the shipping time/issue was a bummer.
