PicturePathPrints is run by Andrii, a sole trader based in Ukraine. This policy explains what personal data I receive when you buy from my Etsy shop and how I use it.

What I receive: Etsy shares your name, email address, Etsy username, order details and any messages you send me. As I sell digital downloads only, I don't need a postal address. I never see your payment card details; Etsy handles payments.

Why I use it: to deliver your files, answer your messages, fix any problem with a file, and keep order records for tax and accounting. The legal bases are performing our contract (your order), my legitimate interest in running and improving the shop, and my legal obligations.

Sharing: I don't sell your data. It is shared only with Etsy (the marketplace), payment and tax providers as needed, and authorities if the law requires it. Etsy may process data outside your country under its own safeguards.

How long I keep it: order records are kept as long as tax law requires, usually up to 7 years. Messages are kept while they are useful for customer support.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or get a copy of it. Send me a message on Etsy. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

I never use your details for marketing messages you didn't ask for.
