EINLEITUNG
PostalThreads, gegründet im Juli 2015, entstand aus laufenden kreativen Projekten, darunter das Nähen und Versenden von Stoffballonbällen an Nichten und Neffen für Valentinstag, ein Jahr, zusammen mit einer lebenslangen Liebe zum Senden und Empfangen echter Post. "Origami & Stitches" leere Notizkarten wurden von einer anderen lebenslangen Liebe inspiriert: einfachem Origami, seit man im Alter von 7 Jahren lernte, wie man eine Origami-Box faltet.
Sonderanfertigungen sind auf Anfrage noch möglich und gelegentlich können versandfertige Ballonkugeln auftauchen.

BALLONKUGEL 101:
Eines der Dinge, die ich am meisten an der Konstruktion von Stoffballonbällen liebe, ist die Tatsache, dass der letzte Schritt für die Fertigstellung der Ballonkugel dem Empfänger überlassen wird, der seinen Stoffballonball zum ersten Mal in die Luft jagt, und viele Male danach, um letztendlich das Kichern und die lustigen Erinnerungen zu ernten. INTRODUCTION
PostalThreads, created in July 2015, emerged out of on-going creative projects, including sewing & sending fabric balloon balls to nieces & nephews for Valentines, one year, along with a lifelong love for sending & receiving real mail. “Origami & Stitches” blank note cards were inspired by another lifelong love: simple origami, since learning how to fold an origami box at age 7.
Custom orders are still available upon request and occasionally ready-to-ship balloon balls may pop up.

BALLOON BALL 101:
One of the things I love most about constructing fabric balloon balls is the fact that the final step for balloon ball completion is left up to the recipient who blows up their fabric balloon ball for the first time, and many times more after that, ultimately reaping the giggles & fun memories made. The reusable nature of the fabric balloon ball allows balloon ball fans to let the balloon ball come & go as they please. To get multiple uses out of one balloon, simply twist (not tie) & tuck balloon end. As toys, these fabric balloon balls are perfect for indoor/outdoor use, packing in a purse, traveling light to the lake, camping, at the pool, gifting near or far, classroom review games; the list could go on.
