Frequently asked questions

I've downloaded and unzipped the file I purchased, but I don't see any SVG files. Where are they?

Many computers today don't show file types in folders. This makes it tricky to tell files apart, especially because different computers use different icons for files. You can view the file type by following the instructions below:

On a Windows computer, open the file in File Explorer. Then, click on the "View" tab located in the upper menu. Click on the "Show" button located at the bottom of the dropdown menu. Select “File name extension".

On a Mac, select a file, then choose File > Get Info, or press Command-I. Click the arrow next to Name & Extension to expand the section. To show or hide the filename extension, select or deselect “Hide extension.
