How To Measure Your Size
Please note that the measurements provided are specific to our products and may not correspond to standard size charts. We recommend comparing the listed measurements with your body measurements or a similar garment you own before placing an order.

Order Cancellation
As each item is made to order, production usually begins shortly after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please submit the request within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.
After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already entered production or has been shipped.
Production & Delivery Time
The estimated production time is listed on each product page. While processing times may vary depending on order volume, the turnaround time shown at the time of purchase will be honored.
To avoid delays, please make sure all required personalization or order details are provided when placing your order.
Exchange / Return / Refund Policy
All items in our shop are custom-made according to each order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Updating Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. In that case, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Kindly provide clear photos of the issue, including close-up images and measurements if necessary. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution.
Tracking Shows Delivered but Package Not Received
Sometimes shipping carriers may mark a package as delivered prematurely while it is still in transit or placed in a nearby location.
If this happens, please first contact your local post office or the shipping carrier to check the delivery details or submit a help request. If the package cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist you further
Lost Package / Order Information
Please ensure that your name, shipping address, and personalization details are correct when placing your order. We ship orders using the exact information provided through Etsy, and we are unable to take responsibility for errors caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.
