Please enter the personalization information in the "Notes” box at checkout. Be sure to leave information in the format you would like it engraved and double check the spelling. We cannot change a board once engraved so if there is an error on the customer's part the board will have to be reordered.

Our current turnaround time is approximately 5 days for cutting boards. Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship via USPS. Once shipped, Domestic orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to arrive. International orders typically take 6 to 10 business days to arrive, but may take up to a month. We are not responsible for delays in the postal system and can not refund orders because of missed deadlines due to shipping issues that are out of our control. Expedited shipping is also available. Please inquire if you need us to RUSH your order or if you need your order by a specific date.

If shipping as a gift directly to the recipient, make sure to enter their address in the "Shipping Address" section at checkout. Please do not e-mail a different address as this may get separated from the order.

We love what we do and stand by our work. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, contact me within 3 days and I will gladly replace the item as quickly as possible. Please be sure to double check that your engraving information is correct prior to submitting your order. Proofs are available upon request.
