Can I use the spreadsheet in Excel? Do you have an Excel version?
Currently, my spreadsheets are not compatible with Excel and can only be used in Google Sheets. All you need is a Google account, and it's free to use.
I can't download my purchase on my phone. What am I doing wrong?
Digital downloads can't be accessed on the Etsy mobile app. Please access them on a mobile browser (make sure to log out of the app) or on a laptop/desktop. Once you've accessed the template, you can use it on your mobile phone.
