5 out of 5 starsI saw this pop up on Pinterest and thought, for that price, I'll just give it a try. Glad I did. I've been using it a few evenings before bed now and notice that I let go more easily. It's nice that it's so short; personally, I don't feel like doing long exercises, so this is perfect.

5 out of 5 starsMy granddaughter always has a lot going on in her head. I was looking for something that could help her and stumbled upon this worksheet. She was happy with it; she said it helped her pause for a moment to reflect on what was on her mind instead of just continuing to think about it. Neatly designed and ready to use immediately. A small effort to download and print, but certainly worth it.

5 out of 5 starsHappy with it! I didn't know if one page would really make a difference, but this worksheet has really helped me. I worry and analyze a lot, and sometimes I can't figure it out. By answering the questions, I noticed my mind calming down. I especially like the question, "What do I have influence over right now?" It brings you back to the here and now. I've been using it for a few days now, every time I thought of it. I would definitely recommend it to other worriers :) I also bought a worksheet for work right away. I haven't used that one yet.
