Where can I find my downloads?
To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
When will I receive my made-to-order download?
Your made-to-order file will be available between 24-48 hours maximum
Will I receive a proof to review for my made-to-order downloads?
Yes, you will receive proof for review in your Etsy messages. I will wait for your confirmation for around 24 hours. If no response is received for the proof the order will be completed.
