Custom and personalized orders
To initiate a complaint, please message us with the following details:
Your order number.
Photos or videos showing the defect.
For printing errors, include detailed photographs of the error.
For sizing issues, include photos with a measuring tape or ruler for scale.
If items are missing, provide images of the received item with the detailed shipping label.
For a malfunctioning item, a clear video demonstrating the issue is required.
Our support team will review your claim. Eligible cases will result in a replacement at no extra cost or, if a replacement isn't feasible, a full refund, including shipping costs.
Custom and personalized orders
Our products are custom-made for you. Returns and full refunds are available in the following situations:
The product significantly differs from its description or the preview shown.
The product is damaged due to our manufacturing process or during shipping.
You received an incorrect product.
Note: A variation of up to 20% between product images and the actual product may occur due to lighting or monitor display differences.
For cases not specified above, a partial refund, excluding shipping costs, may be considered.

Please report any problems within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We are unable to process requests after this 14-day period.
Can I change the shipping address after i’ve completed payment or confirmed the embroidery?
- Yes, we encourage you to contact us via message within 2 hours of placing your order.
- However, once the order has been assigned a tracking number for dispatch, we apologize but we will not be able to accommodate any changes to the delivery address.
Custom and personalized orders
Order cancellation is allowed within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Due to each item being handicrafts and being made-to-order for you, we are kindly sorry for unable to accept returns.
- If there is a problem, PLEASE reach out to us directly via Etsy chat, so that we can help.
- If you would like to change the design picture, we will apply a $5 design change fee. However, if you need to cancel your order (before confirm embroidery), we will keep 70% of the design fee and refund all rest fee.
