As someone who has struggled with staying on track with my goals in the past, I can say with confidence that working with an accountability coach has made a significant difference in my life. I am down 20 lbs and feel more accomplished and confident then I could have ever thought was possible. Elle was incredibly skilled at helping me define clear, achievable goals and develop a plan to reach them. She is always there to provide guidance and support when I needed it, and she held me accountable to my commitments without ever making me feel judged or criticized. Her approach is compassionate, yet firm, and she knows exactly when to push me outside of my comfort zone in order to help me achieve my full potential. I could not be more thankful to have found her and cannot wait to see what we accomplish in our next 8 weeks!
