-SELECT:First step is to show me a picture of the material in question to make sure its feasible for the project in mind, If all its good you may place your order from listing.

-SEND: mail your material to the address I'll provide with more info to follow after your order is received, it may take couple hours,

-DESIGN: with your material in hand I will create a rough mock up with the ideas you provided in the personalization box.I won't start sewing until you approve it unless I have your consent to create my own.

- ENJOY : your JEM Design creation will be mailed to you nicely packed and you will receive a notification with a tracking number. We know you will love

Please allow:
* 8 weeks for orders made from wedding dresses to ship from the moment I receive your material.

* 1-2 weeks for personalized bridal accessories to ship as clutches, bags.
* Please check each listing as each one has their own processing time. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your JEM DESIGN order ships.

Each one of my creations come nicely packed in our signature dust bag and or gift box ( if applicable). . If you want me to write a little gift note just leave a message at check out

No , you don’t have to send the entire wedding dress, material needed will depend on your order and on each item ,quantity required can be found in each listing description .
If you do choose to send the whole dress and wish to have the remnants back please consider repackaging it as you will be responsible for paying shipping cost back to you. Free shipping it’s only for the purchased items in your order
Another option for the dress remnants is to let me donate it on your behalf after your approval.

Providing an actual picture of the dress may help to advise.
Ideal fabrics I like to work with are satins, silk’s dupion, saris, cotton, brocades, lace, some organza tulles for certain projects.
No recommendable fabrics are fabrics that are too fragile due to the nature of age( too old) ,stretchy fabric or busy sequined fabrics or excessive beading, tulle or stretchy rayons fabrics.
Nothing is 100% sure until I have your material in my hands, pictures shown can be deceiving ,
I have the right to decline a sell in the case the dress/ material is not feasible for the project, you will be immediately/ refunded but you the customer is responsible for the cost to return your dress/material and it will be discounted from your purchase.

We don’t do calls or appointments of any kind.
We would like to keep our business through Etsy with messages , everything we talk will be recorded there, please make sure you provide a correct and active email to be able to receive my messages and to keep or conversation fluid . make sure you are signed in into your account when using the app or website ,check your messages for progress and shipping upgrades.

*Mock ups are provided after I receive your material and as scheduled from the moment your package has arrived, in between 6-8 weeks,

I don’t have a shipping company preference but we strongly suggest to NOT ship your material with a signature request, it never works and sometimes it takes longer if they cannot reach me to sign.

Since you have to open the box where your dress have been stored for years to let it get some air anyway we recommend repackaging it in a more compacted box or bag. Remove under skirt/stiff tulle that it won’t be used on the project , hats , etc that way when it’s time to ship back the remnants it’s won’t be too big of a shipment for you
Please include your name and last name the package and inside with your material, the same name you used to placed your order otherwise it may end up in delaying the process.

We love creating keepsakes from your neckties ,

No. we don't offer cleaning services for your heirlooms.
Even dresses that have been stored in a special box can be damaged ,and other are in great condition ,
If your dress is in great condition and you don't wish to have it professional cleaned again, thats ok. I recommend to let it aired for few days before is sent to me.
If your dress is in not great condition and you don't mind the discoloration or other issues it may have that is fine as well, I can work with it as long the material is workable.

Either way I do ask for consideration on the condition you send your material, odors are not pleasant to work with , I appreciate your understanding.
