For custom items which are specifically made on order and are personalised, we would only offer a replacement when our side did the wrong engraving or text, wrong colour, or sent with defected parts that can't be fixed.
Unfortunately, if replacement requests are made due to personal opinions, including but not limited to allergy issues, text font, product design, product size, text size, jewellery measurements, shades of colour differences, texture of materials etc, replacement of items won't be offered.
We offer a replacement for non custom items.

If we confirm your item is eligible for a replacement, you'll simply ship it back at your own cost, unless agreed or the fault falls onto us which we'd cover the shipping fees.
Returns needs to take place within 14 days of receipt in its original package (e.g. with gift box).

We do not accept returns for custom orders as they’re made entirely based on customers’ requests. However, please contact us for discussion if there's any question.
For non custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
All returned items need to be in its original package, such as including the gift box, otherwise a small amount of material cost shall be deducted from the refund.
Please note there're restrictions in items eligible for a return. Due to hygiene issues, earrings cannot be returned under all conditions.

The estimated delivery date is for your reference, which most past orders are generally delivered within this timeframe. However, there may be delays at times, and if it's been weeks past the est. delivery date, and your order is still in transit. Feel free to contact us and we'll look into solutions.

If it's confirmed your order is undelivered, we shall look into each case individually and discuss together and come up with solutions.
However, if it happens the order is undelivered due to the wrong address provided, unfortunately we may not be able to offer compensations.

All jewelleries and accessories require your love and care to maintain a high standard of condition, therefore we suggest that exposing it under the sun, heat and water to be avoided. It’d also be great to avoid any contact with all kinds of liquid, such as sunscreen, body lotion etc.
You may also want to consider wiping your jewelleries or accessories with a cloth after use, which is to remove substances that may affect the surface materials of the items.
