Our prints are typically sized in standard paper sizes to make it easier to frame. Some of our special prints come in different orientations but the exact measurements are visible on our listings.

Gift wrapping and packaging

To save on paper waste we don't include invoices or shipping notes with your orders so the person you gift a product to will never know how much it cost. We do not offer gift wrapping or special gift packaging or gift notes at this time.

Wholesale availability

Some of our products are available at a wholesale rate with a minimum order quantity to suit small businesses. Please contact us to discuss.

Delivery/Shipping Delays

Some orders are being delayed at present all over the world. The USA is worst hit with delays caused by the USPS of up to an additional 28 days due to backlogs at entry points. If you haven't upgraded to include tracking then we can't supply you with a tracking number. We are only able to refund an order deemed as lost after 28 working days has passed, although USA orders can't be refunded until much later due to USPS delays.

Where is my order to the USA?

Your order is dispatched with the Royal Mail in the UK and passed on to the USPS when it arrives in the USA for the final stretch. The USPS is currently experiencing massive delays at it's entry points (airports) and as a result orders into the USA from the UK are being held up. Secondly to this, there are delays at local distribution centres and routes. I've included a statement issued by the Royal Mail on behalf of USPS. Accordingly to the USPS there are likely to be additional delays of between 9-27 days due to the impact caused by the coronavirus. If you haven’t paid for tracked postage we are unable to track the package for you and encourage you to wait. Sorry for any delays.

My order hasn’t arrived yet? (UK)

Our printing partners dispatch cards, wrapping paper and prints for us and this is done via the Royal Mail and DHL. Free delivery is Royal Mail second class and can take up to 5 working days. If you pay for first class it should arrive within 2 working days. Some deliveries are taking longer right now due to COVID-19 so we would ask you to kindly wait a little longer before contacting us.

My order hasn’t arrived. I want a refund!

International orders can take up to 28 working days to arrive. UK orders can take between 5-14 working days to arrive. If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s been more than 28 working days please contact us and we will resolve it. We cannot do anything until after 28 working days as the delays are with our delivery partners.
