Regulations of the Gloart Jewelry shop on the Etsy platform:

1. The owner of the shop on sales platform is: Gloart Olga Kiewra,
ul. Inowrocławska 16/13, 91-033 Łódź. NIP: 9472004955
2. Products sold in the shop are hand-made in the workshop Gloart, which may slightly differ from the products shown in the prototype pictures. As a result, each product is in some way unique and made with the heart.
3. The prices of products issued in the boutique are binding and unchangeable (except for discount vouchers and discounts). Individual orders are valued separately - the final sum is given in conversation with the client (via the form available in the boutique or by e-mail).
4. Each product offered in the shop GloartJewelry on the Etsy platform can be returned without giving a reason under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. Withdrawal from a distance contract must take place within 14 calendar days from withdrawal from the contract. The boutique returns the cost of the product and its shipment immediately after receiving the returned goods.
5. The condition for processing the return is to deliver the goods to the shop in an intact condition. The consumer is liable for the decrease in the value of the product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
6. Individual orders are an exception to the possibility of returning. The product, which is in any way modified for the customer (eg change in length, color, etc.) or newly created at the customer's request is an individual order and is not refundable.
7. The time of preparation of the product for shipment is 3-5 business days after receiving the payment (during the wedding period, i.e. April-September, it may be extended by 1-3 business days). The shop is not responsible for delays resulting from the delivery company's failure to deliver the package.

9. After sending the package with the ordered product, a message with a tracking number is sent.
10. A receipt or invoice is not included as standard, the invoice is issued on request (after completing the field "Data for invoice" when placing the order).
11. Ordered goods. The shop sends via Poczta Polska, a courier company or makes it available for personal collection at the company's office (by prior arrangement).
12. Personal data provided to the Store Owner is provided on a voluntary basis, with the reservation, however, that failure to provide specified data prevents the submission and execution of the customer's order.
13. The customer has the right to access their personal data and correct them, request to stop processing them and object to their processing.
13. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014 shall apply.
14. The shop reserves the right to change these Regulations for important reasons, e.g. changes in the law (in particular tax law), changes in relations with suppliers or manufacturers, and technological changes. Each change of the Regulations shall be binding only for orders placed after the date of entry into force of the new version of the Regulations.
