Custom and personalized orders

Custom and Solid Gold designs cannot be returned or cancelled once the order is placed, as they are created for your specification and cannot be resold. To avoid disappointment, please always read the descriptions carefully before purchase to make sure you understand the size, gemstones used and designs completely. Please ask any questions you may have. Please be aware that Intimate body items such as all body piercing jewelry including such items as post, hoop or dangle earrings, belly, cartilage piercings can not be returned / exchanged nor refunded due to hygiene issues. Thank you for your understanding.

When will my order be shipped?

All items are made to order and ship in 7~10 days. Rush order options are available at checkout. Please note that processing times are in addition to shipping transit time.

What shipping methods do you use?

I use USPS as my shipping provider. During checkout, you will be able to select the shipping method that suits your time frame. Please note that processing times are in addition to shipping transit time. The default economy shipping method is USPS first class mail.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

I send out shipping notifications when orders are shipped. Please check your email setting to make sure the notification is not sent to the spam box. You can also view your tracking info in your Etsy account. All US orders include tracking info.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, I do. You can select various rush order options at checkout if you need guaranteed delivery within two weeks. Rush fees vary depending on your location and the urgency of the order.

At this time due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, I am not accepting returns. Jewelry is a very personal item that is worn on the body. Since it is worn so closely to the body with the possibility of contamination from an infected person, it can not be accepted for a return or resold. Disinfecting silver and gold is not recommended with harsh chemicals and may cause damage making the materials non-resaleable. This return policy may change in the future. Please note that if a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing order, I may be able to cancel the order, but once the item has been created and materials used I can not cancel an order. Thank you for your understanding. Items received over 30 days are not guaranteed against defects.

Reply time on email inquiries

When you have emailed me, please allow 48 hours for me to reply to your email. My shop stays booked on orders year round and at times with Rush and Priority orders it makes it difficult to respond immediately. Please do not post in feedback prior to this time. If you need attention to your email before 48 hours, please mark your email "Needs Immediate Attention" and I will reply back to you promptly. Thank you so much for your cooperation and patience. Lost packages in the Mail

Please note that I am not responsible for lost packages in the mail once they have shipped with a tracking number. Please ask about purchasing insurance for your package if you would like it insured for loss. Insurance is an additional $2 on most orders.

IMPORTANT - If you need your purchase by a SPECIFIC DATE, please contact me by Etsy email and provide me with the date. The shipping dates on the Etsy automated system are estimates only. Please do not rely on your order being shipped by that estimated date, again please contact me. Thank You! If you are in a huge rush for your order and need it within 2-3 days, please purchase the Expedited Shipping Methods offered at Spirals and Spice. When purchasing Expedited Shipping it places your order before orders placed with Standard Shipping (this is the only way to be fair to everyone when orders are needed quicker) .

Do you offer different options in the metal of the ring setting?

Yes, I offer many different types of metal for your ring setting: 925 Sterling Silver, 14K Yellow Gold Fill, 14K Rose Gold Fill, 14K Solid Yellow Gold, 14K Solid Rose Gold, 14K Solid White Gold, Copper, Brass and Niobium (Allergy Free Metal). You will see these choices in the drop down menu in most of my shop listings. If you do not find the metal you are looking for in the drop down list, please contact me for availability. Thanks!
