How do I send you my design? (Single-Color Designs)

Once you place the order, send us your high-resolution PDF file via Etsy message or email to SleekPortfolios@gmail.com. • Logos should be vector format (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or similar). • Convert all text to “outlines” before saving your file. JPEG, Photoshop, or Canva files may not work properly. If your file isn’t in vector format, please message us before ordering to confirm compatibility.

How do I send you my design? (Full-color images or multi-colored logos)

Once you place the order, send us your high-resolution PDF or PNG file via Etsy message or email to SleekPortfolios@gmail.com. • Vector format is recommended, but not required (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or similar). • Convert all text to “outlines” before saving your file • Color mode should be CMYK • 300dpi resolution (if working in Photoshop) • Background should be 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁- any color, even a white background will show up on the final print. Of course, message us with any questions or concerns, we are always here to help and make a recommendation if needed.

Custom and personalized orders

While 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 designs are covered under the standard customization fee, designs that require full-cover engraving/printing, intricate detailing, or multiple treatments may require an additional charge due to increased production time. If this applies to your design, we will provide details before proceeding with production. You're welcome to message us with your design file before ordering to confirm if this applies to your design.

How many pages will each portfolio hold?

How do I care for my portfolio?

To keep your portfolio in pristine condition: ✔ Use a microfiber cloth to clean. ✔ Avoid chemicals—water is safe for acrylic portfolios. ✔ Store bamboo portfolios in a cool, dry space. ✔ Assemble on a soft microfiber towel to prevent scratches. ✔ Tighten screwposts by hand (no tools required).

Your logo should be placed on an 11.75" x 15.25" landscape art board for the most accurate placement. Logos should be in VECTOR format- ie. created in Illustrator, CorelDraw, or similar vector program. Be sure to convert all text to "outlines" before saving your file.
