Please make sure the address you have on your Etsy account is correct. If you need me to ship to an address that differs from this please let me know as soon as you place your order and I will do that for you, if I do not hear from you I will send it to the address specified by Etsy. All items I send will be sent well packaged to minimise any risk of damage. Each items despatch date is specified on each items page and can also be seen in the purchases section of your Etsy account after you have placed an order. If you need your item sooner than this please do get in contact though.

UK customers orders will be sent by first class recorded post, this service is trackable and requires a signature on arrival.

International buyers orders will be sent by standard post which can take up to 28 working days to arrive and sadly is not trackable. Other shipping options are available though so please select express shipping at checkout for a tracked and faster service or get in contact if you need your item sooner than this and would like to know prices and options.
