What if I want to return an Item for a refund?

THERE IS A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOST ON ALL ORDERS AFTER THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF PLACING AN ORDER. The only time a full refund is given is if you cancel the order within the first 24 hours after placing your order. If you have received your order and wish to return it for a refund, you are responsible for the return mailing costs. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in the shop and been processed as returned.

Do you make custom and/or personalized orders?

I happily make custom and personalized orders. When ordering simply fill in the space on the order stating what changes such as colors you would like to make. Major changes to an order need to be discussed before placing an order to see if the change is feasible for the particular pattern and a special order invoice needs to be created.

Are your sizes true to size?

No, my sizing is based on averages. Some items come in several sizes. If it is a wearable and you are not sure on sizing, I suggest ordering the next size up as I stitch tight. For example, beanies come in sizes such as toddler, child and teen. If you are ordering and aren't sure if you should order toddler or child for a 3 year old I would suggest ordering the child size.

Are your items machine washable?

The majority of my items are made from acrylic yarns due to allergies to wool and other natural fibers. I launder every item before it leaves my shop in hypoallergenic detergent to ensure there will be no ends coming loose. I also include care instructions with each item as to if it is machine washable, if it can be machine dried, etc..

Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

Yes we do offer gift wrapping. There is an extra fee for this option of $20 to cover the extra costs incurred. You can request a handwritten card be added to the gift or just a wrapped gift with no note.

Wow....just wow. Julie’s talent is absolutely amazing and I am so happy to have stumbled upon her Etsy store. This rainbow paw print Afghan is the perfect gift for my brother, who’s beloved 15 year old pup passed away recently. Julie was incredible to work with, as she was so prompt and even upgraded shipping at her cost, to be sure I’d get the gift in time.
