How long does delivery take?

Most pieces leave our workshop within 1–2 business days. Custom or made-to-order designs may take up to 10 business days to prepare. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Tracking will be available in your Etsy account. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs processing may add extra time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. In case of a return, only the item price is refunded; original shipping costs are not reimbursed. Return shipping isn’t covered. For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. Customs duties and import taxes paid on the original order are not refundable and may apply again if an exchange is shipped. Simply message us and we’ll guide you step by step. Please note that fabric cut to length, fabric remnants, and fabric samples are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded.
