Our 3D printed products are made from PLA (polylactic acid) which is a biodegradable and bioactive thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch and sugarcane. Our Toronto-based supplier manufactures the materials in Canada using food safe certified raw materials and is spooled on 100% recycled cardboard spools. Our paper products are made using Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) or Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified cover stock made in the USA.

Where do you make all your wickedly awesome stuff?

It all gets designed and created in our highrise home in the east end of downtown Toronto. Our living room is our design studio and packaging centre, our dining room is our printing and cutting room, and our guest bedroom is our 3D printing and storage room.

How long does it take to ship my order of that awesomely wicked stuff?

Where/when we can, we try to have at least a little stock of our most common items. In those cases we ship either next day or, if you order at the right time, the same day. Everything else is made when the order is placed. It can take a day to a week depending on your order.

How do you ship and how long will it take?

We ship 5 days a week using a service called StallionExpres. This allows us to have international tracking at regular non-tracked postal rates. To Canada, it is normal shipping. To the US, it is brought across the border and shipped through USPS so it is normal shipping times plus a day or two to get across the border. To international addresses there are two options, untracked (which is actually tracked) takes anywhere from 4-75 days through Ascendia and tracked (also tracked) ships through USPS International which is faster but more expensive.

The size of these bats are Large 6x6x6 inches (150x150x150mm), XL 8x8x8 inches (200x200x200mm), and XXL 10x10x10 inches (250x250x250mm) and there is the option to have no drainage or 5mm (1/5") drainage holes in the bottom rear of the planter.

Our test planters have been sitting on our patio for over 5 years now with no degradation in quality; through hell freezing over that is Canadian winters and the blazing pits of hell that are our summers.

Great size planter, perfect for my ping plants and fits my goth themed plant collection. I also needed a custom drip tray and the seller accommodated this in a very timely manner at a fair price. my ONLY thing is I wish the drainage holes were bigger and directly on the bottom, but it took all of 5 second to drill a couple more in the bottom. will definitely be looking at other items this seller has

This was the perfect gift for my difficult to shop for dad! I love the more realistic style of bat compared to many bat pots, and the fact it sits on a desk. The drainage option is great (although more minimal drainage) and the large size is a must for any tall growing plants. Arrived on time as well!
