"I have a whippet and I decided to purchase a racing jacket for her. I could not figure out her size, so I reached out to the owner. He asked me to measure the dog and he would figure out the size according to the measurements. When I submitted my measurements he questioned the numbers and had me re-measure the dog. I did and he told me he would make one for me with those figures. Well, the jacket came and it was way too big. I guess (I know) I don't know how to measure properly, so he asked me to take pictures of the dog in the jacket and to send them to him. I did that. At the same time, I returned the large jacket. He was going to find a new pattern that would accommodate my dog. The jacket was great!!! The company puts itself out for its customers. The material is nice. Don't hesitate. You will love it!!"
