How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
Answer: I take great care to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition. Each drawing is placed in a protective waterproof sleeve, sandwiched between two thick layers of rigid cardboard, and shipped in a heavy-duty mailer to prevent any bending or moisture damage.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: I typically ship orders within 1–3 business days via Registered Mail. For European orders, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. For the US and the rest of the world, it may take 15–25 business days. A tracking number is always provided.
Custom and personalized orders
Answer: This is a 100% original, hand-drawn artwork. I do not sell prints or digital copies of my work. When you purchase a piece from Agent Artsy, you are getting the one and only physical version that exists.
